Partner Network Guidelines:

This is the link to the Promo Materials for the Partner Network. Partner Network Promo Materials But, please read through the Partner Network Agreement and the Cenokga IP Usage Policy the before accessing the materials.

By continuing to Join the Partner Network or use any of the Materials, that counts as your Agreement to the Partner Network Agreement.

This Partner Network is not available to individuals in the Excluded Countries area. Even if you can download and purchase the game on Steam (or other available platforms) in the excluded countries.

Excluded Countries

This is a list of countries that Steam doesn’t do business with which is the platform that Starclaw: Battle of StarSpace Nebula is for, and therefore anyone in these countries won’t be able to purchase from Steam. If most of your audience is from these countries this Partner Network may not be for you, or you need to specify to your audience which countries the game is available to.

From Steam: “Valve does not do business with or otherwise engage in or facilitate transactions involving individuals or entities that are subject to sanctions or other applicable trade control restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to parties listed on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE) Lists maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In addition, we do not do business with or otherwise engage in or facilitate transactions with individuals or entities in Sanctioned Countries including Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.”

If most of your audience is from these countries this Partner Network may not be for you, or you need to specify to your audience which countries the game is available to.

 

There are Follower/Subscriber requirements to join the Network.

To join the Starclaw: Battle of StarSpace Nebula Partner Network you will need to have at least 1000 followers on one of these platforms: Mixer, Twitch, YouTube or Twitter. But if your content is Rude, Hateful, Pornographic, Inappropriate, in Cenokga’s opinion you may be placed on the Partner Network Blacklist and won’t be able to participate in future Partner Network promotions.

The target audience for Cenokga games is mostly Family Friendly. But there is some leeway. If your content is mostly based on a Mature audience or 18+ this Partner Network may not be for you.

Cenokga can at anytime add requirements to the Partner Network. But anyone who is currently in the Partner Network and doesn’t meet the New Requirements will continue to be in the Partner Network. But if anyone leaves the Partner Network and wants to re join, then they would need to meet the New Partner Network Requirements. Even if they were at one time in the Partner Network.

 

Relationship

Your relationship with Cenokga is a revocable relationship that can be revoked at any time Cenokga feels you have broken the Partner Network Agreement.

Your relationship with Cenokga is not an actual “Partnership” You, the Content Creator and Cenokga are separate individuals or companies. the Partner Network is more like an affiliate network and by promoting the specified game, you earn the specified % of commission from sales resulting from your Tracking Link. Cenokga is not the company that manages the Partner Network or calculates the commissions or what counts as a valid sale from your link. Xsolla is the company who manages the Partner Network.

 

FTC Disclosure

Per FTC rules, you need to state that you are compensated for promoting the specified game. You can just add a disclosure like, #ad #sponsored or say you are paid for promoting the specified game. You could also have a Sponsored Stream text on your Mixer or Twitch live stream.

Whichever method you choose, people need to know that you are compensated for the promotion of the specified game.
